I’m Ricky (Richard Hadrian Gettys). I am getting a Ph.D. in Management at Penn State, ranked in the top-10 most productive management departments in the US.

I have spent the last decade developing tools to understand and change organizations. I have helped entrepreneurs in Asia, large international non-profits shift to online work, and tech companies understand how to respond to employee needs during Covid. 

I have an MBA from the top HR program in the US, BYU. During my MBA, I taught a class about how data is used in businesses. I also received the Hawes Scholar Award, the program's highest honor. 

I love baking sourdough bread and biking.
